In the age of the internet, online consumer forums seem to be playing a vital role in resolving consumer grievances. In an interview that we took with one such consumer whose latest grievance has been resolved through one such consumer forums, we were told that his problem got fixed 3 times faster than usual when he posted a complaint on an online consumer forum.
